Choose shareable platters or individual meals
The right format depends on how the food will be served, how many choices the group needs and whether meals must be individually identified.
Wrap platters for easy sharing
Wraps are prepared for the order, cut in half, each half individually labelled and arranged on catering platters. A varied selection makes it easier for guests to try more than one flavour. Wraps are $10.00 each without protein or $13.98 each with protein.
Group salads and fresh platters
The current Group Salad is $59.95 and serves 5–8 guests, with a current salad chosen as the base. Protein may be added for $19.95. Fruit and Veggie Platters serve 10–15 guests and can round out a meeting, school lunch or community event.
Individual bowls, salads and boxed lunches
Individual meals work well when each guest has a specific selection or dietary requirement. Send the guest names or labels, chosen items, proteins and modifications in a clear list so the team can prepare and identify each meal accurately.
Dietary planning in a shared kitchen
Vegetarian, vegan, halal-protein and gluten-friendly requests can be discussed before the order. Halal certification applies only to the chicken and steak proteins. The kitchen is shared, ingredients can change and cross-contact is possible, so disclose allergies and requirements before finalizing the menu.
School lunch programs
Freshii Sundance supports school lunch programs, including Healthy Hunger. Platform menus, school availability, pricing, ordering deadlines and delivery rules are managed through the school platform and may differ from direct catering.

Direct catering delivery is free throughout Calgary for orders of $100 or more. This offer applies to direct catering orders arranged with Freshii Sundance; ordinary takeout and third-party delivery apps have separate pricing, fees and delivery boundaries.
For pickup, confirm the collection time and the name attached to the order. For delivery, provide the complete address, unit or room details, a contact person and a working phone number. The team will confirm the feasible delivery window before the order is finalized.
